Carl Guthrie Carl is ETS Dental’s Regional Director of Recruiting for the Southwestern United States. He works exclusively with General Dentistry practices and General Dentists throughout Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Carl joined ETS Dental in 2007. In the last nine years, Carl has served over 630 practices, interviewed over 3,000 Dentists, and placed over 250 dentists with private, group, and non-profit practices. Carl is recognized as a Pacesetter, representing the top 10% of executive recruiters worldwide. His niche focus within dentistry provides him with tremendous knowledge and insight he leverages to benefit his clients.

Marcia Patterson Marcia is ETS Dental’s Regional Director of Recruiting for the Northeastern United States. Marcia Joined ETS Dental in 2005 and moved up the ranks from Recruiter Support to her current director role. In her first year as a recruiter, Marcia achieved the recognition of Pacesetter, which represents the top 10% of recruiters in all industries across the world. She has earned Pacesetter a total of 6 times. Marcia is responsible for the Northeast states from New York to Maine. Since becoming a Recruiter with ETS Dental in 2009, Marcia has placed nearly 300 Dentists. Her clients include single location offices, large groups, multi-location groups, and not-for-profit organizations. Marcia’s success is largely due to the lasting relationships and trust she builds with her client practices as well as doctor candidates.
