I have been recruiting in the dental field since 2003. I have successfully recruited dentists to fill associate, partnership or ownership roles for practices throughout the southeastern US. My expertise has benefited organizations ranging from traditional single-doctor offices to nonprofit clinics and large regional groups. I have sourced and screened over 7,800 dentists, arranged more than 2,700 in-person job interviews, and placed more than 800 dentists.

Whether a practice needs to identify an heir apparent, hire an associate who fits an owner’s clinical philosophy, or find a dentist with a particular skill set or training, I am likely to know who to call. My years of networking give me access to a large pool of passive candidate who are actively practicing, though confidentially available for a better long-term opportunity. It is my access to this passive candidate pool that makes me the best recruiting resource for my client practices.

I hold a BS in Psychology from Virginia Tech. I reside in Roanoke, Virginia with my wife and our four sons.
