I’m a Dental Recruiter with ETS Dental, serving the Southeast (AL, AR, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA, WV) since 2003. As Regional Vice President and Senior Account Executive, my focus is placing outstanding dentists with top notch practices.

Over two decades dedicated exclusively to regional dental recruitment, my track record includes:

• 9,000+ dentists sourced and screened
• 3,500+ in-person interviews arranged
• 1,000+ successful practice placements

Whether a practice needs to identify an heir apparent for succession, recruit an associate aligned with an owner’s clinical philosophy, or find a doctor with specific procedural training, my network provides immediate access to top talent. My greatest asset to practice owners is a deep, confidential pool of passive candidates, actively practicing dentists who are not on job boards, but are open to the right long-term career fit.

I hold a BS in Psychology from Virginia Tech and reside in Roanoke, Virginia, with my wife and four sons.
