Hi there! My name is Adam Spangler, and I am a Dental Recruiter with ETS Dental. In my role as a Regional Account Executive, I work specifically with General Dentists seeking new roles and practices looking to hire throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Florida, New Jersey, Delaware, Washington D.C., and the US Virgin Islands.

I have been with ETS Dental since August 2024 and have placed 37 general dentists to date in my region. During this time, I have worked with over 125 dental practices, two thirds of which were repeat clients , and have interviewed over 670 general dentists. I have also generated nearly 50 five-star Google reviews since starting this role.

My goal as a dental recruiter is to create a long-lasting partnership you can always rely on, whether you’re looking for a position or looking to fill one. Candidates and clients alike often note my strong communication skills and commitment to their needs.

Outside of the office, I spend much of my time with my wife Taylor and our four pets (Tucker, Millie, Luna, and Jax). I enjoy traveling, listening to live music, playing mini-golf, and other hobbies.
