Our private dental practice in Dallas, PA is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our experienced team. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to assume an existing provider’s patient base in a technology-focused, high-performing family based dental office. With over 45 years of service, our practice offers a stable and highly rewarding opportunity for dentists at any stage of their career.

Practice Highlights for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-Service and PPO only
• Adult Focused office (85%)
• Excellent support staff!
• Full scope: General, Cosmetic, Endo, OS, Implants, and more!
• Solo-Provider office (excellent hands-on mentorship)
• Technology: Cone Beam imaging, Electric handpieces, and a CEREC
• Annual Production: 1 million+

Compensation for the Dentist:

• 33% of Collections (negotiable)
• CE allowance and Malpractice Coverage
• Mentorship from owner (limited)

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Full-Time
• Monday – Thursday (8:00-5:00)
• Friday (8:00-1:00)
• Saturday and Sunday (Off)

Clinical Outlook of the Dentist:

• All experience levels are encouraged to apply! (Providers with 1 year of experience or AEGD/GPR are preferred)
• Proficient in “Bread and Butter” Dentistry, willing to expand into more complex procedures
• Experience with Molar Endo, Complex Oral Surgery, and Implant Placement preferred, but not required.
• Additional skillsets are a plus!
