Our established private office is seeking a dedicated Full-Time General Dentist to join our team , taking over for an existing provider, in Carlisle, PA! Candidates are required to have 2 years of experience and be proficient in, but not limited to: Basic Cosmetic/Restorative care, Molar Endo, Implant Placement (single-unit, posterior), comfortable with PED’s, and is certified with Invisalign. All procedures are kept in-house; HIGH Production.
Highlights of the practice for the Dentist:
- Completely FFS and PPO
- Serving PA for over 40 years
- Mainly serving Adults (10 patients/day, non-hygiene)
- Full-range Procedurals Caseload “Super GP”
- Modern technology, excellent support staff, multiple Operatories
- Specialist on-site
Compensation and Benefits for the Dentist:
- Daily Rate for 3 months: $700-$850 (Experience Dependent)
- 35% Collections Initially if desired
- 401K and CE allowance
- Associate Responsible for 1/3 of Lab Fees
- Over 2.5 Million in total Annual Production
Schedule for the Dentist:
- Full-Time pref. (Open to PT)
- Monday – Thursday (8:00-5:00)
- Friday – Sunday (OFF)
