Join a well-established private dental practice in Lititz, PA that has proudly served the community for more than 13 years. We are seeking a Full-Time General Dentist proficient in comprehensive care (including Endo, Oral Surgery, Bone grafting, and Implant placement).
Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of clinical experience with average production numbers ~$80K/month!
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Practice Highlights for the Dentist:
- Completely Fee-for-Service and PPO
- Primarily Adult Patient Base (Less than 5% Peds)
- Providers see around 16 Patients per day (non-hygiene)
- Excellent Support Staff and clinical team
- Scope: Cosmetic, OS, Restorative, Endo, Implants (pref.)
- Modern Technology on-site
Compensation for the Dentist:
- 30% of Collections Initially
- Production Bonus (up to 33%)
- Lab Fee coverage (if using preferred Lab)
- CE Allowance, Health Insurance, Vision coverage, 401K
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Full-Time (Immediate Availability)
- Tuesday and Thursday (8:00-6:00)
- Wednesday (8:00-5:00)
- Friday (8:00-3:00)
- No weekends or On-call
