Our family-oriented dental practice in Pottsville, PA is seeking an Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our team. The incoming provider will work alongside another associate with support from several hygienists and dental assistants. Candidates with prior clinical experience, particularly in molar endodontics and oral surgery, are strongly preferred.

Practice highlights for the Dentist:

  • Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO
  • Family practice, mainly working with Adults
  • 2 hours from Philadelphia, 1 hour from Allentown
  • Modern Technology on-site

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

  • $1,000 – $1,2000 Daily Guarantee (Experience Dependent)
  • Quarterly Bonus (Based on Collection %)
  • CE Allowance, 401K, Medical Ins. Stipend, Malpractice coverage
  • $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!! 
  • Potential Equity Option (Up to 20%)

Schedule for the Dentist:

  • Monday & Tuesday (8:00-7:00pm)
  • Wednesday & Thursday (8:00-5:00)
  • Friday (8:00-1:00)
  • No Weekends or On-Call
