Our practice is seeking an experienced, motivated General Dentist to join our team in Erie, Pennsylvania as our Managing Clinical Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced provider who wants the security of a substantial guaranteed income combined with significant upside based on the success and growth of the practice. In this office, you will have the opportunity to take an important leadership role while focusing on high-demand dentistry, including implants, dentures, extractions, and comprehensive restorative care.
Start Date: December, 2026
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Fee-For-Service & PPO model
- CBCT, iTero, 3D Cone Beam, Fully Digital
- 50+ NEW patients per month (Only Adults)
- 9 Fully Equipped Operatories – Denture Lab on-site
Clinical Requirements for the Dentist:
- “Bread and Butter” (No Endo)
- Dentures and Removable Prosthetics
- Surgical Extractions
- Dental Implants (strong pref.)
- Well versed with Comprehensive Treatment Planning
Compensation & Benefits for the Dentist:
- $400,000 Base Salary or 45% Profit Share (whichever is greater)
- 100% Health and Dental Coverage
- Relocation Stipend for Out of State Applicants
- $4,000 CE Stipend per Year
- 15 PTO days per year
- H1-B Sponsorship Available
- Estimated Salary: $650K-$800K+/year with Profit Share
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday (Off by 5:00)
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
