Our office is seeking a motivated and skilled General Dentist to lead our Palmerton, PA practice. This is a Part-time role, ideally 3 days a week, but flexible. The incoming dentist will take over an established schedule from a current provider. Our practice offers comprehensive care, including preventive services, smile consultations, crowns, and dental implants, and continues to welcome new patients as we grow throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-service and PPO only
- 95% Adult based care
- Average patient load per day: 10-12 (procedure dependent)
- Clinical scope includes Bread and Butter, Surgical Extractions, and RCT treatment
- Modern tech: Dentrix, Dexis imagining, Panoramic
- Individual DA and Hygienist on site
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- % of Collections (experience dependent)
- Mentorship, simple IRA, additional Benefits to be discussed
- Potential Equity Option to be discussed
- Associate will be responsible for % of Lab Fees
Schedule for the Dentist:
- Flexible (1-3 days)
- Monday to Thursday (8:00-5:00)
- Friday to Sunday (OFF)
- No Evenings, On call, or Weekends
