Associate Dentist needed in growing Private Practice — Irwin, PA! 

We’re looking for a personable and driven Associate Dentist to join our thriving, privately owned practice that’s proudly served the community for over 30 years. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who’s eager to grow clinically in a supportive environment that values mentorship and professional autonomy. You’ll have the chance to focus on bread-and-butter dentistry — composite restorations, crown and bridge, extractions, and general care — with no pressure to perform advanced procedures unless you’re interested. For the right candidate, a path to ownership is absolutely on the table.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (16 – 32 hours/week) || Off by 6:00 pm
• Pay Structure: % of Collections with an initial Daily Guarantee (Negotiable based on experience of provider)
• Lab Fees: Covered by the practice

Practice Highlights:

• Fee Structure: Primarily FFS & PPO (no Medicaid)
• Technology: Planmeca digital scanner, digital X-rays, intraoral & panoramic imaging
• Patient Base: 90% adults, roughly 30 Patients seen per day

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3+years OR Completion of a Residency Program
• Preferred but Not Required: Invisalign, CAD/CAM, or Implant experience
