Associate Dentist Needed in Established, High-Quality Practice in Lititz, Pennsylvania!

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our well-established and growing practice. Our office is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a professional yet welcoming environment, ensuring the best possible experience for both our patients and team members. With a strong and loyal patient base, state-of-the-art technology, and a commitment to clinical excellence, this opportunity is ideal for a driven dentist looking to build a long-term career. We are looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry, values meaningful patient relationships, and is eager to grow both professionally and within our practice.

Practice Overview:

• Patient Base: 96% adults / 4% children
• Fee Structure: PPO and Fee-for-Service (No Medicare or Medicaid)
• Patient Load: Average of 16 patients per day for the incoming doctor
• Position Type: Taking over for an existing doctor – heavy patient load!
• Start Date: Immediate
• Relocation Assistance: Possible for out-of-state applicants
• Future Partnership/Ownership Opportunity: Potentially

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Structure: Paid on collections, minimum 30% from initial start date
• Lab Fees: Covered if using preferred labs; partial coverage for non-preferred labs
• Incentives/Bonuses: Potential based on performance
• Benefits: CE allowance, health insurance, vision insurance, 401(k)

Schedule:

• Mon – Thu : 9 AM – 7 PM
• Friday : 8 AM – 2 PM
• NO Weekends!

Clinical Skills & Experience:

• DDS or DMD licensed in Pennsylvania (or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum 4–5 years post-graduation experience preferred
• Proficient in general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals
• Experience or willingness to learn full-mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, implants, oral surgery, All-on-X, and Invisalign
• Comfortable using digital dentistry tools (intraoral scanning, digital X-rays)
• Strong case presentation skills to ensure high patient acceptance
• Proven track record of consistent monthly production of $80K–$100K+
