Full-Time General Dentist needed at Small Group Practice in Rockledge, PA!

Located just 35 minutes north of Philadelphia, our established dental practice is seeking a general dentist to join our team four days a week. We are looking for a well-rounded clinician with at least two years of clinical experience or one year of clinical experience with completion of an AEGD or GPR residency. Our office is entirely PPO and Fee-For-Service driven, providing an excellent environment for patient-focused care. The incoming associate will have full autonomy in patient treatment planning and the ability to refer out when necessary. While most procedures are kept in-house, we typically refer out complex molar endodontics, extreme cases, and severely impacted teeth. Our patient base consists primarily of adults, with some pediatric cases as well. We are looking for a team player who is eager to integrate into our practice culture. The hired dentist will be the sole practitioner on-site, offering a great opportunity for independence and professional growth.

Compensation:

• $110-$150/hour || 35% of collections (minimum of $110/hour)
• Health Ins, Malpractice, 401K, and CE allowance

Schedule:

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Friday – Sunday (OFF)

Requirements: Must have an eligible D.M.D or D.D.S license in PA || 2+ years of Clinical experience OR 1 Year with AEGD/GPR
