Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity at Established Private Practice in Nazareth, PA

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Dentist to join our state-of-the-art, fully digital dental practice in Nazareth, PA. Our practice, which has proudly served the local community for over 10 years, is continuing to expand and we are looking for a motivated associate to join our team.

This full-time position offers a Monday through Thursday schedule, with the potential for additional hours based on practice needs. Located just 2 hours from Philadelphia and 1.5 hours from New York City, our office is well-equipped with cutting-edge technology, including two iTero scanners, a CBCT panoramic unit, fully digital x-rays, and more.

While our practice generally refers out molar endodontics and extractions, we are open to expanding the range of services offered in-house for a dentist with experience in these areas. The practice primarily serves an adult patient base, with some pediatric care, and operates on a Fee-For-Service model, with select PPO options.

Key Practice Details:

• Fee-For-Service and PPO patients
• Predominantly adult patients, with some pediatric care
• Daily patient volume: 12-20+
• Annual revenue: $1.2 million with an established, loyal patient base

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive daily guarantee ranging from $700 to $850 starting from day one
• 30%+ of production after initial period
• Lab fees fully covered by the practice
• 401(k) plan available after 1 year of employment

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, with early finish (off by 4:00 pm)
• Friday to Sunday, weekend off

Qualifications:

• General Dentists of all experience levels are encouraged to apply, though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of clinical experience or those who have completed an AEGD or GPR program.
