We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our modern, fully digital, private practice located near York, Pennsylvania. This position is open to both experienced general dentists and new graduates. We are also willing to sponsor a visa for the right candidate.
As an Associate Dentist, your primary responsibilities will include providing the full scope of “bread and butter” general dentistry services.

- Periodontal Treatment
Our practice typically refers out molar endodontics, implant placement, oral surgery, and clear aligner treatments. However, we are open to integrating these procedures if the incoming associate has experience in these areas.
About Our Practice:
- Primarily PPO (95%)
- Adult-focused care with some pediatric cases
- Part-time schedule to start, with full-time availability within 3-4 months
- Potential equity/buy-in opportunity
- In-house dental lab
- VISA sponsorship available
Compensation:
- 35% of collections from the start date
- Potential for a daily guarantee
Schedule (initially part-time):
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Emergency appointments as needed
