Associate Dentist Opportunity in Carlisle, PA

We are seeking an experienced general dentist to join our modern, private practice in Carlisle, PA. Our state-of-the-art office is equipped with the latest dental technology and serves a well-established patient base. We are looking for an associate with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, who is comfortable performing a wide range of general dental procedures, including fillings and crowns. While experience with extractions is preferred, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will enjoy autonomy in patient care and the ability to execute treatment plans independently, with referrals made as needed.

About Our Practice:

• Private, Fee-for-Service/PPO
• Highly skilled support staff and administrative team
• Steady patient flow with excellent earning potential
• Only complex extractions and root canals are referred out; most procedures are kept in-house

Compensation:

• $700–850/day for the first three months
• 35% collections after the first 90 days (if not independent)
• 401(k) and Continuing Education allowance for full-time employees

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday – Sunday: Closed
