Full-Time General Dentist needed in Mount Joy, PA!
Our state of the art, digital practice, is looking for our next patient focused associate dentist. The incoming associate should be well versed in all things broad spectrum, bread and butter dentistry. Our practice, located just northwest of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is primarily focused on restoration, extractions, and surgery procedures. Most of the procedures we do are kept in office (excluding molar root canals). The owner of the practice is willing to provide mentorship as desired and will cover any additional CE courses. Our office primary cares for adults with the addition of some pediatric cases (90%/10%). We also offer paid, out of state training. NO WEEKENDS/ NIGHTS!!
About The Office:
- Completely FFS/PPO
- Family Practice: Mostly Adults
- Boutique Style Practice
- Associate Responsible for 35%b of lab fees.
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily Guarantee of $650 for the first 6 months
- 35% of Production after6 months
- Full Range Health Insurance, Malpractice, CE Allowance, 401K
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (7:30-5:00)
- Wednesday (9:30-6:00)
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday (OFF)
