Full-Time General Dentist needed in Mount Joy, PA!
This state of the art, digital practice, is looking for their next patient focused associate dentist. The incoming associate should be well versed in all things broad spectrum, bread and butter dentistry. This practice, located just northwest of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is focused on restoration, extractions, and surgery procedures. The office is fully staffed with 2 full time general dentist, 2 hygienist, multiple assistants, and an incredible admin team. Most procedures are kept in office (excluding molar root canals). The owner of the practice is willing to provide mentorship as desired and will cover CE courses. The primary patient base is mostly adults with some kids (90%/10%). The owner also offers paid, out of state training. NO WEEKENDS/ NIGHTS!!
About The Office:
- Completely FFS/PPO
- Family Practice: Mostly Adults
- Fully Digital (3D Printer on site)
- 7 total operatories on site
- Boutique Style Practice
- Associate Responsible for 35%b of lab fees.
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily Guarantee of $650 for the first 6 months
- 35% of Production after6 months
- Full Range Health Insurance, Malpractice, CE Allowance, 401K
Schedule
- Monday (7:30-5:00)
- Tuesday (7:30-5:00)
- Wednesday (9:30-6:00)
- Thursday (7:30-5:00)
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday (OFF)
Requirements: Active DDS, DMD license or license eligible in PA!
