We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our dedicated team. Our ideal candidate is committed to providing comprehensive dental care and has extensive experience across a wide range of dental procedures.

About Our Practice:

• 90% PPO, 10% FFS
• Current Team: 2 Dentists, 4 Hygienists
• Facility: 3 Doctor Chairs, 4 Hygiene Chairs
• Technology: Digital X-Ray System, Trios 3, Rotary Wave One, Overjet

Schedule:

• Part-Time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (hours vary)

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Proficient in all aspects of general dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures
• Experience in endodontics, surgery, and cosmetic dentistry is a plus
• GPR or AEGD training preferred
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Compensation:

• Daily guarantee up to $750 for the first 3-6 months, with 33-35% of collections thereafter
• Generous continuing education allowance
• Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and malpractice insurance

Requirements:

• Valid dental license and graduation from an accredited dental program
• Proven experience as an Associate Dentist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Effective time management skills with a focus on patient care
• Dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality dental services

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform a variety of procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
• Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose dental conditions
• Develop tailored treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs
• Educate patients on preventive care and overall oral health
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction
• Stay informed on the latest developments in dental practices and technology
