General Dentist Needed in Pottstown, PA

Pottstown Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Pottstown, PA. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The associate can anticipate a stable, fun, work-life balance with a committed support team and beautiful facilities. Our model empowers clinicians to grow and develop their skills by providing educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.

Compensation;
Daily Guarantee – $650-750 for first 3-6 months > 33-35% of collections.

About Our Practice

• In business since 2008
• 80% PPO/20% FFS
• Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Thursday 730am-5p
• Average new patients per month: 55
• Dr. Chairs: 5 || Hygiene Chairs: 4
• Operatories available to new provider: 2
• Digital X-rays, CEREC, MC XL Milling, Cone Beam

Compensation

• Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) eligible, as well as other voluntary benefits* || CE allowance || Malpractice

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-5 years of clinical experience – great mentorship available
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
