Full-Time General Dentist Opportunity – Bellefonte, PA (N. of State College)

We are seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our busy, state-of-the-art, fully digital family practice located just north of State College, PA. This rural, Fee-for-Service practice is looking for an associate who is interested in potential partnership and ownership opportunities. The ideal candidate will be the primary dentist on staff, with the autonomy to manage their own patient base, while receiving clinical support and mentorship from the practice owner.

The incoming associate will have the opportunity to develop and enhance their skills in a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including (but not limited to) Endodontics, Crown & Bridge, Full Mouth Reconstruction, and more. While experience in all areas is not required, a willingness to learn and grow within the practice is essential.

About the Practice:

• Completely Fee-for-Service (FFS)
• Annual revenue of $1.1 million
• 90% adult patient base with some pediatric cases
• Located 20 miles from Penn State
• Within a 3-hour drive of Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and New York City
• Fully renovated four years ago
• Long-term, dedicated support staff in place

Compensation:

• $750 daily guarantee for the first three months
• 35% of production after the initial three months
• Comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Student loan repayment assistance

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday through Sunday: Off
