Located just west of Philadelphia, this privately owned General Dentistry practice is looking to hire its next associate dentist and is OPEN TO NEW GRADS! Serving the York community for over 60 years, this practice has an established patient base, excellent community rapport, and has promising earning potential for any career based doctor. The office is completely modern and up to date digitally, for the owner has invested for the future. This opportunity also comes with an EQUITY option. The owner is willing to mentor as desired. The ultimate goal is for someone to come in, who is community based, who can build their own patient book for the potential ownership opportunity. You will have complete autonomy with patients and be able to treatment plan at your discretion. This is an excellent opportunity for any doctor looking to settle into a practice!
About the Office:
– Completely FFS
– Patient Base is Mostly Adults
– Currently refers out Perio, Wisdom Teeth, and Root Canals
– You will have your own operatory and assistant!

Compensation:
– Daily Guarantee of $500-$750 then a % of Collections (ALL Based on Experience)
– CE Allowance
– Retirement Plan
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday (8:00-5:00)
NO WEEKENDS!

Requirements: Must have an eligible D.M.D or D.D.S license in PA
