General Dentist Buy-In/Ownership Opportunity in Lancaster, PA

Our state-of-the-art dental practice in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced general dentist interested in a partnership/buy-out opportunity in 2025. As a growing practice, we currently see 15+ patients daily and offer a comprehensive fee-for-service (FFS) model. With a strong and supportive community surrounding us, our dedicated dental team strives to provide exceptional care and treatment to every patient.

About the Office:

• Advanced dental services, including implants, jaw reconstruction, sleep apnea treatment, and more
• Practice owner planning to sell in 2025
• 1,200+ active patients
• 85/15 split of patient base, primarily adults
• 24/7 patient care availability

Compensation:

• Negotiable, based on candidate’s experience

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Friday: By appointment
• No weekends required
