Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity in Lancaster, PA

Our thriving, state-of-the-art dental practice is seeking a full-time associate dentist to join our team. We are open to new graduates and excited to welcome a dedicated professional to our growing practice. For 18 years, we have proudly served the Lancaster community, and we are eager to continue providing high-quality care. The incoming associate will start with an established patient base and an experienced support team, with mentorship available to foster personal and professional growth.

We are a family-oriented practice that serves a diverse patient population and are primarily a FFS, PPO, and Medicaid clinic. We are seeking a candidate who values community, respect, and delivering quality care to all patients.

About the Office:

• FFS/PPO/Medicaid practice
• Collaborative environment with an integrated core team
• Dedicated support staff, including coordinators, assistants, and hygienists
• Large, private group practice (not a DSO)
• Opportunity to grow at your own pace with mentorship and support
• Experienced team with low turnover

Compensation:

• Minimum base salary of $175,000/year or a percentage of collections (based on experience)
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, and malpractice insurance
• Retirement plan after 1 year, with increasing benefits the longer you stay
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• 401(k) plan

Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: Off
