Full-Time General Dentist needed in Lancaster, PA!!

Our busy, state of the art, modern practice is seeking its next full time associate dentist and we are OPEN TO NEW GRADS!  Our practice has proudly served the Lancaster community for 18 years. An incoming associate would start right away with an established patient base, an experienced team around them, and the opportunity to grow with mentorship as desired. Our office is a family practice that sees anyone and everyone. We are primarily a FFS, PPO, and Medicaid clinic. We are is looking for someone who is big on community standard, value, and respect.

About The Office:

• FFS/PPO/Medicaid
• Integrated Core, Excellent team and Community
• You will have your own team of coordinators, assistants and hygienists.
• Large, private group practice (NOT A DSO)
• Grow at your own pace!
• Experienced team, little turnover.

Compensation:

• Minimum Base Salary of $175,000/year OR % of collections (based on experience)
• Full Range of Insurance (Health, Vision, Dental, Malpractice
• Retirement plan after 1 year (10+, 20+ year) – The longer you work, the more you take home
• SIGN ON BONUS & RELOCATION BONUS!!
• 401K plan

Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday (8:00am – 8:00pm)
• Sunday (CLOSED)

Requirements: Must have 1+ year of clinical experience and an eligible D.M.D or D.D.S license in PA
