We are seeking a General Dentist to join our well established family dental practice in Lancaster, PA to take over for a departing provider. Backed by years of service, our office offers on-site mentorship from seasoned providers. Open to 2026 graduates!
$10,000 SIGN-ON Bonus!
Practice highlights for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-Service (FFS), PPO, with some Medicaid accepted
- Family-oriented, community-focused care with a diverse patient population
- In business for over 20 years!
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- $175,000/year base or a percentage of collections, based on experience
- Health, vision, dental, and malpractice insurance
- Retirement plan with an increase in benefit package after 1 year
- Mentorship, 401K and CE allowance
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Flexible scheduling (34 hours a week)
- Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sundays – OFF
