With over 15 years of service in the community, our organization boasts a dedicated team of over 700 employees statewide and continues to grow while upholding our core values. Our modern clinic is equipped with cutting-edge dental technology. We welcome new graduates and offer an extensive student loan repayment program, providing up to $80,000 in assistance. Mentorship is also available from an experienced and supportive team.

About Our Clinic:

• Located 1.5 hours from Pittsburgh and State College, PA
• Primarily serves adult patients (80%), with some pediatric cases
• Non-complex cases are typically referred out
• Situated in a rural, safe community with a low cost of living and abundant outdoor activities

Compensation Package:

• Annual minimum guarantee: $160,000 – $170,000
• Benefits include 401K, health, vision, dental, malpractice insurance, relocation expenses, and continuing education reimbursement

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: Off
