Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity in Greensburg, PA

Our well-established private practice, conveniently located just 45 minutes east of Pittsburgh, is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist with strong proficiency in comprehensive “bread and butter” dentistry. We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about patient education, enjoys working collaboratively within a dedicated team, and possesses the clinical expertise to accurately diagnose and effectively treat a wide range of dental conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values delivering high-quality, personalized care in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

About the Practice:

• Primarily adult patient base with occasional pediatric cases
• Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO model
• Supportive owner offering mentorship as needed
• Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of clinical experience or completed AEGD/GPR residency, though new graduates are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $800/day or 30-33% of collections
• Associate responsible for 1/3 of lab fees
• Health allowance plus vision, dental, and malpractice insurance

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday (Off by 5:00)
• Friday: (1/2 Day)
• No weekends, Nights, or On-call duties
