Our well-established private dental practice in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our growing team. For more than 13 years, we have proudly provided high-quality, patient-centered care to our community and are looking for a compassionate clinician who shares our commitment to exceptional dentistry. We are seeking a long-term associate who is interested in growing with the practice and has future partnership aspirations. The incoming dentist will focus primarily on comprehensive restorative and preventive care, with an emphasis on routine “bread-and-butter” general dentistry procedures while building lasting relationships with patients.
Minimum of 3 year of clinical experience required!
Highlights of the practice for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-Service and PPO only
- Family practice (80% Adults)
- Cerec, Prime Mill, CBCT, Sprint Ray 3D printer
- Scope: General, Cosmetic, Oral Surgery, Endo, and Implants
- Multi-doc, several Hygienists and Assistants on-site
- 40-50 New Patients per Month
Compensation and Benefits for the Dentist:
- Hourly Guarantee with a % of Adjusted Production (experience dep.)
- Health insurance, Retirement, Malpractice insurance, Mentorship
- Associate responsible for direct % of lab fees
- Potential Equity Option
Schedule for the Dentist:
- Part-Time (2 days initially, 3rd day to come)
- Flexible Scheduling options
- No Weekends!
