Candidate Requirements:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
  • Active Virginia dental license (or eligible)
  • 1+ years of clinical experience or AEGD/GPR residency completion
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to ongoing professional growth
  • Proficiency in molar endodontics, surgical extractions/implant placement, or periodontal surgery is a strong plus
