Step into a fully established patient schedule in a modern practice setting. This is an immediate opening for an incoming dentist to step into a turn-key role. Enjoy excellent work-life balance with a predictable schedule and strong practice support.

Highlights & Practice Features

  • Work-Life Balance: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule. No evenings or weekends.
  • Built-In Patient Volume: Inherit an active patient base generating $900,000+ in annual doctor production.
  • Payer Mix: ~70% PPO/Fee-for-Service and ~30% adult Medicaid. Primarily adult patient demographic with some adolescents.
  • Modern Facility: Fully digital x-rays, with the option to integrate a digital intraoral scanner for an interested doctor.
  • Dedicated Team Support: Supported on-site by 1.5 Hygienists, 2 Dental Assistants, and front desk administrative support.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Guaranteed Initial Rate: $1,000/day minimum guarantee for the first 90 days.
  • Production Pay: 30% to 32% of collections based on experience level. No lab fee deductions.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), paid malpractice insurance, paid SC license fees, and an annual CE stipend.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of clinical practice experience with the confidence to function as the sole provider on-site.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and effective communicator with patients and team members.
  • Active South Carolina dental license (or eligible to obtain).
