• Office Revenue: $1.2 Million+
• Support Staff: 2 hygienists, 3 dental assistants
• Patient Base: 80% PPO, 20% cash-paying patients
• Technology: iTero, paperless charting
• Operating Hours: Monday-Thursday with no nights or weekends

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of dental practice experience
• Motivation: A desire to keep cases in-house when possible including some endo, extractions, Invisalign, crowns, fillings

Compensation:

• Pay Structure: 31-33% of collections. Negotiable daily rate
• Future Benefits: Health insurance will be added in 2024
• Partnership: Partnership options available
