Associate Dentist | Partnership Track (Fee-for-Service)

An established, high-end private practice in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a patient-focused team. Located within a convenient driving distance of downtown Atlanta, Alpharetta, Suwanee, and Sandy Springs, this role offers a well-supported environment with strong mentorship and long-term buy-in potential.

Overview

  • Schedule: Monday through Thursday preferred. Part-Time considered.
  • Practice Model: 100% Fee-for-Service (FFS) / out-of-network practice averaging 20–30+ new patients per month.
  • Patient Schedule: Take over existing patients from a retiring dentist, a senior partner reducing clinical hours, and incoming new patients.
  • Technology: Equipped with CBCT (cone beam), CEREC, 3D printing, iTero scanner, and IV sedation capabilities.
  • Clinical Scope: Comprehensive general dentistry including CEREC crowns, Invisalign, implant restoration and placement, straightforward endodontics, Botox, and minor surgical procedures.
  • Partnership Potential: Structured path to partnership within 3 to 5 years (or sooner for qualified candidates).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Production Pay: 33%–35% of production
  • Guaranteed Rate: Initial daily guarantee provided for the first 3 months.
  • Benefits Package: Health insurance access, IRA, CE stipend, paid malpractice insurance, and paid license fees.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred, though motivated early-career dentists will be considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited for a high-end Fee-for-Service patient population.
  • Solid foundation in general dentistry with an interest or background in advanced procedures.
  • Long-term professional mindset with interest in partnership and involvement in business growth.
