Dentist Needed for an Associate Position leading to Ownership!

Are you a passionate and motivated dentist looking for an opportunity to establish your career with a clear path to ownership? This modern, locally-owned dental practice is seeking an Associate Dentist to take over clinical duties from a relocating dentist before taking over ownership outright in as soon as 3 years.

  • Take over for relocating dentist
  • $250,000-$300,000 Income Potential. Enjoy an initial daily rate before transitioning to a percentage of total office collections, including hygiene
  • Ease into management as you learn the business. Enjoy autonomy to direct the practice
  • Mentoring: Owner available to mentor on-site Part-Time
  • Established Staff with 2 hygienists, 3 dental assistants, 2 front desk staff
  • Modern Office including digital scanner
  • Clear path to ownership in 3-5 years, depending on associate’s preference

Associate Criteria:

  • Licensure: Must possess a valid North Carolina dental license
  • People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with patients and staff
  • Motivation: A strong desire to own and manage a practice in the future
