Position Highlights:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday
  • Practice as a sole provider in a 2-location private practice
  • Opportunity to take over for an associate who is leaving to purchase their own office
  • Work with modern technology: CBCT, implant system
  • Well-staffed with 1-2 hygienists, depending on the day
  • Patient base: 80% PPO, 20% cash (NO MEDICAID)

Compensation:

  • Great pay: 35% of collections
  • Departing associate currently earns $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care, including:
    • Implants
    • Molar root canals
    • Surgical extractions
  • Ability to refer cases to the owner if not comfortable with certain procedures
