Associate Dentist (With Future Partnership Potential)

Location: Garner, NC (Just 10 minutes south of downtown Raleigh!)
Schedule: 4 days/week (No Fridays! Monday–Thursday)
Income Potential: $200,000+ expected annual income

This relationship-oriented, single-location private practice is seeking a patient-first Associate Dentist to join their close-knit team. The practice has a long-established patient base and can offer a busy schedule of existing and new patients.

The Opportunity:

  • Top-Tier Compensation: An initial daily guarantee of $900 – $1,000, transitioning to  30% to 33% of adjusted production. No lab deductions
  • Partnership Track: The owner is actively open to partnership opportunities after an initial associate period to ensure a strong mutual fit.
  • Mentorship & Growth: Direct mentorship is available from an owner-dentist focused on clinical excellence and patient relationships.

Practice Details & Technology:

The office is equipped with advanced technology to support comprehensive, modern care:

  • Digital Scanners & CBCT
  • CAD/CAM Milling Unit (for same-day crowns)
  • Invisalign & Implant Systems
  • Patient Base: Approximately 50% PPO and 50% Fee-For-Service/Out-of-Network (No Medicaid).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of combined clinical experience or GPR/AEGD residency is preferred.
  • Clinical Interest: Comfort with or strong interest in comprehensive general dentistry, simple/surgical extractions, and digital dentistry.
  • Characteristics: Strong communication skills, a highly personable demeanor, and a growth mindset.
  • Licensed: Must have an active North Carolina license.
