This Associate Dentist Position that with potential for eventual Partnership in a High-Tech, Patient-focused Private Practice.
- 40 miles west of Charlotte
- Comprehensive Dentistry
- Practice established in the area 40+ years. Mixed PPO, FFS patients
- Mentoring available
- Cone Beam CT, implant system, digital scanners, 3D printer
- Single location private practice. Work with 3 other dentists
- 100 new patients per month per provider
- Full-Time, 4 days per week. No nights or weekends
- Work with your own team of 2 hygienists, 2 assistants
- Positive work environment
- $160,000-$200,000 first-year guarantee with 35% of production, no lab deductions
- Partnership potential after a successful associate period
Requirements:
- Licensed North Carolina Dentist
- Must be good at making personal connections with patients
- Experience preferred but not required
