- 100% Fee-for-Service (not in-network with any insurance plans)
- Well-rounded general dentistry – most non-specialty procedures done in-house
- State-of-the-art equipment: CBCT, Digital scanner, Implant system, Electric handpieces
- Located in a desirable area with strong patient base
- Friendly, experienced support staff
Position Details:
- Full-time, 4-day work week. No nights or weekends
- Owner happy to mentor and support associate
- Excellent income potential including a daily minimum, percentage of production, CE stipend
- Partnership or ownership opportunity within a few years
The successful associate will have:
- Active Virginia Dental License
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
- High standards for clinical quality
- Interest in long-term partnership or ownership
