  • Earning Potential: $250,000-300,000 first-year income potential based on the real numbers from the departing associate

  • Structure: Competitive initial daily guarantee or a tiered collections percentage with negotiable lab splits.
  • Full Benefits Package: Medical insurance, 401(k) access, fully covered malpractice and licensing fees, plus an annual CE stipend.

  • Experienced general dentist with a comprehensive care mindset.
  • Proficient in or highly motivated to perform oral surgery, bone grafting, and implant placement/restoration.
