If you have the people skills and clinical ability to thrive in an out-of-network practice, this is the opportunity for you. This practice provides comprehensive dentistry with a special emphasis on patient satisfaction. You will have well-trained support staff, the latest technology, and great colleagues. In this role, you will be taking over for a retiring dentist.

Associate Dentist Job Details:

  • Fee for Service, out-of-network patient base
  • Fees in the 90th percentile for the area. Average buildup and crown at $2,200+
  • CBCT, iTeros, implant systems, electric handpieces, full surgical suites
  • 2-4 days per week available, depending on your preferences
  • Primarily adult patients
  • $1,000,000+ annual doctor collections (retiring dentist’s collections in  2024)
  • Excellent income potential as a percentage of full-fee procedures. No lab deductions on restorations.
  • Benefits include 401k, health insurance, CE stipend

Associate Dentist Criteria:

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Exceptional people skills and experience presenting and gaining acceptance for big ticket treatment plans
  • High standards for quality with advanced restorative skills. Experience with aligners is ideal
