Associate General Dentist Position Description

• Take over a full schedule from a relocating dentist who made over $400,000 in 2023
• Mix of PPO and fee for service patients
• Modern office with CBCT, iTero, implant system
• Work-Life balance. No nights or weekends
• 80 new patients per month

Responsibilities of the Associate Dentist

• Build and maintain patient relationships through personable and friendly chair-side manner
• Provide traditional General Dentistry services including exams, fixed and removable prosthodontics, operative dentistry, extractions, anterior, premolar, basic molar root canals. Perform more advanced procedures with training
• Maintain an excellent reputation in the area

Requirements

• Must have an active Virginia dental license or be able to obtain one
• Experience and/or Residency training preferred but not required

Compensation

• Greater of collections percentage or daily rate
• Available benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid CE, paid malpractice, paid license fees
• Partnership options in future
