Associate General Dentist Position Description
- Established PPO and fee for service patient base plus 75 new patients per month
- Modern office with digital scanner
- Positive office culture. Experienced staff. No nights or weekends
- Mentoring available but clinical autonomy provided
- $280,000+ realistic first year income potential
- Compensation includes $700-1,000+ daily guarantee, percent of collections. Health, retirement, CE stipend available
- Partnership options in future
Requirements
- DMD or DDS degree or equivalent
- Must have or be eligible for a Virginia dental license
- Some experience and/or residency preferred but not required. Can mentor an early-career dentist
