This is a rare opportunity for a Dentist to step into a high-autonomy role where you are the primary provider on-site. Unlike corporate-owned offices, they maintain a patient-centered, small-town atmosphere with a modern digital workflow.

As our Dentist, you will benefit from a loyal patient base and a steady stream of 40–50 new patients per month, many of whom are seeking a personalized alternative to corporate offices.

CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT & TECHNOLOGY

  • Modern Facility: 5 operatories equipped with digital X-rays and digital scanners.
  • Software: Fully integrated with Dentrix Ascend.
  • Support Staff: Work alongside an experienced team, including a front desk coordinator, 1.5 hygienists, and a dedicated assistant.

SCHEDULE & FLEXIBILITY

  • Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some flexibility with Friday hours
  • Autonomy: Perfect for a Dentist who enjoys clinical independence and leading a team.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Earnings: Initial daily guarantee of $700–$800, depending on experience.  Percentage of collections with no lab deductions
  • Retirement: 401(k) with employer match.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: GPR/AEGD or 1+ years of experience preferred, but we will consider a confident and motivated 2026 graduate.
  • Clinical Skills: Must be comfortable practicing as the primary Dentist on-site.
  • Mindset: Seeking a “go-getter” who values long-term patient relationships in a close-knit community.
