Practice Details:

  • Collections: $5 Million+ in 2024 with a 12% growth rate year-over-year.
  • Patients: 110-130 new patients per month.
  • Size: 10 ops (6 doctor, 4 hygiene), Typically 2 dentists work at any given time, 4 hygienists, and 8 dental assistants.
  • Schedule Flexibility: (typically M-TH or T-F), with flexible shift options.

Compensation:

  • 30% of Straight Production of Full Fee with no lab deductions.
  • Daily Guarantee Available if needed.
  • $3K CE Stipend and 401(k) with 3% match.

Who is a Good Match:

  • 1+ Year of Experience or completion of a GPR or AEGD residency.
  • A strong work ethic, desire to grow clinically, and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
  • Must be motivated to work hard, stay busy, and contribute to a high-performing team.
