Join a private practice passionate about providing exceptional care and fostering professional growth for every Dentist on our team. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled clinician to provide comprehensive care to a patient base with a high Dental IQ and excellent treatment acceptance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $200,000+ Income Potential based on a percentage of collections.

Practice Environment

Requirements

  • DMD or DDS degree and a Virginia dental license.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar clinical setting.
  • A solid track record for production and excellent people skills.
  • Must be a collaborative team member who is active with Continuing Education.
  • Training at institutions like Spear, Pankey, Dawson, Kois, or Misch is a plus for any Dentist applicant.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

  • Work-life Balance: 4 days per week.
  • No Weekends: Enjoy your time off without Saturday or Sunday shifts.
  • Evening Shift: Includes only one evening per week until 7:00 PM.
