• Mixed PPO, cash-paying patient base. No Medicaid

• Pay includes a guaranteed base for the first year and a % of adjusted production. Benefits available

Associate Dentist Position Requirements:

• Must have or be eligible for a Virginia dental license
• At least 1 year of experience or residency training preferred
• Must be comfortable practicing as the sole provider on site. The owner will be working from his other location but is available to mentor over the phone
