ETS Dental – Recruiting Consultants for Private Dental Practices

This could be your forever dental home. Join a growing single-location private practice with an excellent reputation for patient-focused, high-quality patient care. Great location between Ballantyne and Matthews south of Charlotte.

• 4 days per week. No nights or weekends. (3 days considered for the right person)
• High Dental IQ patient base. Mostly PPO insurance with some cash
• Positive work environment with owner and staff that put in the extra time to know their patients
• State-of-the-art office with CEREC, Cone Beam, laser, iTero, implant system
• Compensation includes an initial $800-900 daily guarantee, percent of production, no lab deductions

This is a great opportunity for a people person with a warm chairside manner. At least 2-3 years of experience needed. Experience with CEREC and Invisalign is strongly preferred. Proficiency with molar endo, Invisalign, implant placement ideal but not required. Must have a valid North Carolina dental license.
