James Island- We are seeking a General Dentist who is ready to take the next step towards practice ownership. This is a private group with no intention of aggressive growth or flipping to a DSO.

Position Overview:

Are you a talented dentist with a desire to own a practice but not yet comfortable handling the entire operation? Join a private group where you will take over as the lead dentist in an established practice in Charleston.

Equity Structure:

The group offers flexible equity plan with the intention of having the doctor own 30% of the practice, although the actual percentage can range from 20% to 49%, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and aspirations.

Compensation:

To ensure a smooth transition, the group will offer a 6-month guaranteed salary before transitioning to a percentage-based income.

Technology and Practice Growth:

The group is committed to providing the latest technology and equipment to ensure you can deliver the best possible patient care. They will invest in needed technology and provide opportunities for Continuing Education (CE) to ensure you can fully utilize the latest advancements in the field.

Requirements:

• South Carolina dental license and at least 2 years of experience
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• A desire to take the next step towards practice ownership
• Confidence to practice solo, though limited clinical mentoring is available
• Dedication to personal and practice growth
