Position Overview:

• Days Needed: 2-3 days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays needed, Fridays available)
• Clinical Focus: Adult patients needing crowns, operative, simple and surgical extractions, anterior and premolar RCT, implant restorations. Experience with molar endo, implants is ideal but not required

Office Features:

• Patient Mix: 40% cash patients, 60% PPO (Delta, Cigna only)
• Cloud-based PMS
• Technology: WaveOne, iTero, TRIOS, CBCT, implant system
• 80-100 new patients per month
• All assistants are expanded function

Associate Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience or GPR/AEGD residency
• Engaging, compassionate, and excited to offer same-day dentistry
• Must be comfortable practicing independently

Compensation:

• Daily rate: $700-$850 (DOE) with Percentage of Collections
