Interviewing for a Full Time Associate Dentist position in a busy private practice. Take over for a successful associate who is relocating out of the area.
Practice Description
- Modern office with CBCT
- Fully staffed with hygienists and assistants (including two DAIIs)
- Mixed patient base of cash and insurance patients. Minimal Medicaid
- Lots of bread-and-butter dentistry to be done
- Owner available to coach or mentor when needed
Compensation for the Associate Dentist
- Earn the greater of $850/day or 35% of production
- Benefits include health, 401k, CE stipend, paid license fees, paid liability
- Relocating associate making $220,000+
Requirements
- Licensed North Carolina Dentist
- Must be willing to live within a reasonable commute of the practice
