This is a great opportunity to take over a busy schedule while working alongside an experienced dentist in a well-regarded office.

Practice

  • Long-established practice with a loyal patient base.
  • Modern technology, including digital charts and a digital scanner.
  • Serve a middle-class patient base with a strong mix of PPO and cash patients.

Position:

  • Work a full-time schedule (4 or 5 days per week, associate preference).
  • Begin working alongside a highly experienced dentist who is comfortable guiding an early-career dentist.
  • Excellent production potential: Take over $700,000-$800,000+ in annual collections.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Highly competitive collections-based compensation with no lab fee deductions.
  • A strong, negotiable introductory financial guarantee is offered for the first 90 days.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid license and malpractice fees, a 401K plan, and a continuing education stipend.

Candidate Criteria:

An active South Carolina dental license or the ability to be licensed by summer 2026 is required. We are looking for a candidate who is friendly, efficient, and confident. Experience is preferred but 2026 dental school graduates or AEGD/GPR Residents will be considered. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term professional home.
